SITE LAUNCH LOCAL LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when you purchase a website design or hosting package through our website, and when you use our contact form. 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

When you use our contact form or purchase a package and complete our onboarding submission forms, we collect the following business and personal information necessary to build your website and manage your accounts: 

  • First and Last Name 
  • Personal or Business Address 
  • Phone Number and Email Address 
  • Current Website URL (if applicable) 
  • Business Details (services, operating hours, history, description) 
  • Business Assets (logos, photographs, graphics) 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION 

We use the collected information strictly to fulfill our services to you. This includes: 

  • Building and hosting your custom WordPress website. 
  • Setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile. 
  • Communicating with you regarding project updates, hosting invoices, and support requests. 

3. DATA RETENTION 

We do not permanently archive, store, or sell your operational business photos or text assets for purposes outside of your project. Once your website is fully designed and launched, your content remains active on your live hosting server. If you cancel your hosting services, your website files and associated data will be permanently deleted from our server infrastructure within a standard decommissioning window. 

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING & CREDIT CARD SECURITY 

Your financial security is a top priority. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card or bank account information on our servers. 

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway (Stripe). When you purchase a recurring subscription, your payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. Your card information is safely retained inside the Stripe secure dashboard solely for the execution of your automated monthly subscription payments.  Website kits are billed once at time of checkout and details are not stored. 5. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE DISCLOSURE 

To deliver our services, we securely share your provided business information with our direct infrastructure partners: 

  • Hostinger: For server allocation and web hosting placement. 
  • Cloudflare: For server security and domain management. 
  • Google: For maps location pin placement and profile optimization. 
  • Stripe: For payment processing and invoice billing. 
     

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to outside marketers or third-party data brokers. 

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business model or state laws. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
